Al's Urethane/Acrylic Coating System, is designed to be the markets first and only professional grade urethane coating for Do-it-Yourselfers. Whether it be for Bed Lining, Undercoating, Interior Coating or just general applications around your shop and home, it serves up some serious protection no matter where or why you use it.

Our Liner was developed from one of the leading Industrial Protective Coatings and Truck Bed Lining systems.  Our system is not a thin, reduced/watered down coating, this is why it must be applied with our special supplied spray gun.

Unlike many roll on coatings or undercoats this liner provides the ability to apply it as thick or as thin as you like with a variety of textures and in the color of your choice.

This high build and long lasting protective coating Liner provides individuals the opportunity to apply a heavy duty flexible acrylic/polyurethane professional looking protective coating. It can be used as a tuff yet flexible under coating to stop stone damage under fenders and floors etc on your restoration or hotrod. It can be painted over or tinted and match an endless array of textures and colors

Custom Colors

For custom colors you can add standard paint tints or dyes available from any automotive paint supplier/auto parts store. For each gallon of liner you will require 8oz of color Tint/dye, for some colors like yellow you will require up to 16oz of Tint/dye.

	Al’s Liner Brush/Roller Kit AL-RK  $14.99   Al’s Liner is now offering a brush/roller kit for Al’s Liner. This will offer your customers the ability to apply their Al’s Liner without having to spray it. The kit includes one three inch brush, two four inch rollers and arm and one paint tray. With the shed resistant woven rollers, you can apply up to a 15mil or 1/64th of inch coating in one pass, however two coats are recommended. Great for tight area application, interior sound deadening application and even for truck beds. Provides a standard orange peel texture commonly seen in roll on bed liners, can also be used with Al’s Rubber Crumb.  1-3" Brush  2-4" Shed Resistant Roller Pads and Application Arm  1 Paint Tray  Apply at any thickness, just requires multiple coats.
NYLON 4" CUP BRUSH	Our nylon filament cup brush is made of a special nylon filaments impregnated with silicon carbide. This nylon brush lasts up to six times longer than conventional wire brushes. Nylon filament cup brush uses include frame and body cleaning, polishing, deburring, scrubbing and brightening, surface refinishing and decorative finishing. Safe for use on metal, wood, aluminum, and plastic surfaces. An excellent prep tool for you Al’s DIY Bed Liner. 	Al's Liner Rubber Crumb Additive $11.45 Free Shipping when purchased with Al's Liner AL-RCA   Al’s Liner is now offering a rubber crumb additive for our bed liner kits. Great for non-skid coatings such as, decks, walk ways, boat decks or any area that you want an aggressive texture but still remain user friendly. The rubber crumb retains a good working surface, it is not hard on the knees or bare skin like a quartz or sand mix is but still provides a great non skid surface. Sold in quart sizes to provide a 50% rubber load mix per gallon, this is the recom-mended amount to provide an aggressive texture and still allow easy flow and spray pattern through the Al’s Liner Spray gun. Please Note: 1 quart or rubber crumb additive per gallon will give you a very aggressive texture, for less texture use less crumb. It is also wise to mix up Al's liner in smaller batches when using it with the crumb.
	Al's Liner Vinyl Flattener Additive $23.65 Free Shipping when purchased with Al's Liner AL-VFA   Al’s Liner is now offering a vinyl flattener additive for our bed liner kits. The flattener allows the applicator to achieve Semi Gloss and Matte finishes. Basically a half of a quart to one gallon of Al’s will give them a semi flat finish and the full quart of flattener to a gallon will give them a flat or matte finish. Originally developed for the military for there anti reflective finishes, the flattener has been used with our material for over a decade and has many applications.
